Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as to APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it ships. This is the time we need to prepare your items, which may include pulling from inventory, assembling (if applicable), and performing a quality inspection before carefully packaging your order. Processing times may be slightly longer during major holidays or new product releases.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We primarily ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). The carrier and service used are chosen at our discretion to provide the best combination of value and reliability for your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.
The following timeframes are estimates that begin once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued. They do not include the 1-3 business day order processing period.
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): This is our most economical shipping option.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available for an additional fee at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day): Available for an additional fee at checkout.
Please note that these are transit estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect address information.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your shipping destination. Your exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed and itemized for you on the final checkout page before you complete your purchase.
We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all qualifying domestic orders over a specified amount. Please see our website for the most current promotions and offers.
Order Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have an account on our website, you can also view your order status and tracking information by logging in and visiting your order history.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, we understand that sometimes things happen during transit.
If your package appears to be damaged upon delivery, please note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before accepting it. If you discover damage after opening the package, please contact us immediately. We may require photographs of the damaged item and its packaging to assist in resolving the issue.
In the rare event that your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with other members of your household and your neighbors. Also, check around your property, including porches, garages, and other safe areas where the carrier may have placed it. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your information before completing your purchase. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping. Please note that re-shipping the order will incur additional shipping fees. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.
